NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that the Board of Weber-Box Elder Conservation District will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, prior to its regular board meeting. The meeting will be held at the offices of Pineview Water Systems at 471 West 2^nd Street Ogden, UT 84404.

The purpose of the public hearing is to solicit public input on the District’s proposed submission of funding application to the Community Impact Board. The funding application is intended to support the design and construction of a 16-acre-foot storage reservoir and transmission line on the Perry Unit near 3600 S and Hwy 89.
